Grief, Loss and Bereavement
Grieving is a normal and healthy response to loss, we all experience loss at some point in our lives which cause us to grieve. This process takes time, especially when its gets close to special and memorable dates such as anniversaries, birthdays special holidays and memorials. Loss can lead to sadness, guilt and anger. The process can be very taxing and can result in exhaustion. We educate our clients on job loss, loos of a child, loss of loved one, relationship loss (separation, divorce) We help to easy your mind of the wish, wonder and the worry. How to manage grief and bereavement, how to support others while going through grief, we offer encouragement, hope and support to individuals and families who are going through the grieving process, we assist individuals and families with maintaining a balance between strengths, weaknesses and limitations.
